What does the tune-up include?
A complete system inspection: filter check/replacement, electrical connections, refrigerant levels, thermostat calibration, safety controls, condensate drain cleaning, coil cleaning, and a full performance evaluation.
Can I cancel anytime?

Does this cover parts and major repairs?
The membership includes the maintenance visits. Repairs and parts are quoted separately, but you receive a 10% discount on all repair costs as a member.
